Russian troops struck several areas of the Dnipropetrovsk region with attack drones tonight, July 28. As a result of the Russian strikes, there are wounded, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.

"The Russian army attacked Nikopol with drones and artillery. There was loud noise in the district center, Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka, and Pokrovske communities," Lysak said.

According to him, 2 people were injured in the Russian attack — a 15-year-old girl and a 49-year-old woman — and they will be treated on an outpatient basis.

"A fire broke out. An educational institution, an apartment building, three private houses, three farm buildings, and a power line were damaged,” added the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

Russia also struck the Mezhova community in the Synelnykove district with FPV drones. An agricultural enterprise, a building, an administrative building, and a car were destroyed, and dry grass also caught fire.

Russian combined strike on Ukraine on July 28

Tonight, July 28, Russian troops carried out another massive strike on Ukraine with strike drones and various types of missiles.

A series of explosions was heard in Kyiv during the night. It later became known that several people were injured and high-rise buildings were damaged in the Darnytskyi district.

A series of explosions also rocked Kropyvnytskyi. A fire broke out in the city, and the blast wave damaged the premises of the regional philharmonic hall. Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured.

In addition, the Khmelnytskyi region was under Russian attack, with several explosions heard in Starokostiantyniv during the night.

In the morning, the Russians twice launched Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from MiG-31 aircraft at Ukraine, and an air raid alert was declared throughout the country.
