Russia strikes train heading to Ukraine's Kherson: Casualty reported

At noon on September 5, Russian troops attacked a passenger train heading toward Kherson with several strike drones, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Russian Shahed drones struck the train as it was heading toward Kherson.
One person is known to have been injured. A 55-year-old railway worker was hospitalized in moderate condition.
The woman sustained a shrapnel wound to her arm, a concussion, blast injury, and a closed head injury. Medical personnel are currently providing her with the necessary care.
Two diesel locomotives were also damaged as a result of the Russian attack. Further details regarding the consequences of the strike are being clarified.
On the night of September 1, Russia launched a targeted ballistic missile strike on the Ukrainian Railways depot in Kyiv. 7 people were killed as a result of the Russian attack, 6 of whom were railway employees.
On September 2, a Russian drone attacked Train No. 53/54 (Odesa–Dnipro) at one of the stations on the Prydniprovska Railway. Passengers and railway workers were evacuated in time, so no one was injured.
