Russia strikes Sumy with unidentified munition

In Sumy, the enemy struck the residential sector again. In the Kovpakivskyi district, private homes were damaged as a result of the shelling, according to the head of the Military-Civil Administration, Serhii Kryvosheyenko.
"Today at noon, due to the impact of an unidentified munition, a small crater formed between two private city homes," Kryvosheyenko said.
According to him, residential and utility structures were damaged.
"There were no casualties. Rescue services inspected the site. Assistance to restore the damaged homes will be provided tomorrow," he added.



The Secretary of the Sumy City Council, Artem Kobzar, also reported that today, as a result of the enemy shelling in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy, a wooden utility structure, five windows, and the roof of a residential building were damaged.

As a reminder, as of 09:00 on Sunday, November 9, Ukrainian air defense shot down and suppressed 34 enemy drones in the north and east of the country.
Chernihiv region once again came under intense Russian fire. Over the past day, the region endured 44 shellings, resulting in 73 explosions.
Additionally, in the morning, the Russian army attacked the southern part of Odesa region with drones.
