Russia strikes residential building in central Kherson: Casualties reported

On the morning of February 13, Russian troops attacked the central part of Kherson. They hit a multi-story building, and wounded were reported, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to Prokudin, Russia struck residential buildings in the central district of Kherson. 2 residents were injured as a result of the Russian attack.
“Russia struck a high-rise building. A 48-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were wounded,” said the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Doctors diagnosed the victims with shrapnel wounds and mine-blast injuries. The man was hospitalized in moderate condition. The woman is undergoing outpatient treatment.
Russian attack on Kherson region
In total, over the past day, Russian troops attacked more than 20 settlements in the Kherson region and the city of Kherson. According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Beryslav, Tiahynka, Mylove, Chervonyi Maiak, Tomaryne, Novovorontsovka, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Sadove, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Inzhenerne, Osokorivka and others came under Russian fire and air strikes.
2 high-rise buildings and 12 private houses were damaged. Russian troops shelled social infrastructure and residential areas of the settlements.
As a result of the Russian attacks, 1 person was killed and 8 others were wounded.
Earlier, Prokudin emphasized that the Russian drone terror of civilians in Kherson will continue. According to him, the only way to protect the population is to move the front line at least 20 kilometers away from the city.
Kherson is constantly suffering from Russian drones. According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russians have deployed some of the best drone operators to Kherson. The Russians are launching drones in the city center from the other side of the Dnipro River. This way they not only terrorize the local population but also train new drone operators.
