In a massive attack on Ukraine on November 28, Russia struck Odesa and the region. There are victims, including a teenager, according to the Prosecutor General's Office.

On the morning of November 28, Russia launched a missile attack on Odesa and the region, and the type of missiles is being established.

“Russian attack injured 3 residents, including a 16-year-old boy. All the victims suffered minor injuries,” the statement says.

Consequences of Russian attack on Odesa and region

In addition, Russia damaged at least 18 private houses, a gas pipeline, outbuildings, cars, a garage, and a fire broke out in one of Odesa's districts.

Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Massive Russian attack on Ukraine

On November 28, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles. The main impact of the Russian attack was on energy facilities.

Emergency power outages were introduced in most regions, and schedules are not in effect. In particular, half a million residents were left without electricity in the Lviv region. Power engineers predict that the outages will last until 8 p.m. Kyiv time.

It was initially reported that one person was injured in Odesa during the Russian attack on November 28.

During the massive Russian attack on the energy sector on November 17, the energy infrastructure in the Odesa region was damaged. As a result, the situation with energy supply in the region was difficult.
