On the afternoon of September 4, Russian forces struck a farm in the Odesa region with two ballistic missiles. The attack injured one man and caused significant damage, according to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
"On the afternoon of September 4, Russian forces carried out an enemy strike with two ballistic missiles on the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region," the statement said.
The attack damaged farm property, including grain storage facilities. One civilian was injured, a 53-year-old man who has been hospitalized.
Prosecutors are working at the scene alongside police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Prosecutor’s Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code).

Russia’s strikes on Ukraine on September 4
Earlier that night, Russia launched 112 drones from six directions over the territory of Ukraine. Air defenses shot down or neutralized 84 Shahed drones and decoys.
In the village of Malynivka, Chuhuiv district, drones hit a private household, setting a home and cars on fire. Five people were injured.
The strikes also caused fires at a civilian enterprise and infrastructure facilities.
Odesa also came under drone attack. It caused a fire in a warehouse. A truck was also damaged.
In addition, a Russian missile strike on Chernihiv earlier today killed several people. The attack targeted employees of a humanitarian demining mission.
