Russia attacked DTEK's energy facility in Odesa region. As of the morning of March 4, power supply was restored to 7,000 residents, according to the head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper and the DTEK energy company.

On March 3, Russia attacked DTEK's energy facility in Odesa region, causing damage.

As of the morning of March 4, power engineers restored electricity supply to 7,000 households.

All critical infrastructure and heating systems in the city are operating normally, and boiler houses are powered.

However, emergency power outages are still happening in some parts of the city. Power engineers are continuously working to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack.

In Odesa region, resilience centers continue to operate, providing support to residents who remain without electricity.

Russian attack on Odesa region

On March 3, late in the evening, Russia attacked Odesa with drones. The attack damaged the energy infrastructure and left part of the city without electricity.

Emergency shutdowns continue, and utilities are actively working to restore power supply and launch generators for critical infrastructure, including boiler houses. Additional stabilization points are also being deployed, bringing the total to 425.
