A critical infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv region was damaged by Russian shelling. A fire broke out there, and work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attack, according to Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

The official says that it happened last night in the Bashtanka district.

The head of the administration says that all the necessary services were involved in eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack.

“Information about the victims is being clarified,” Kim adds.

Meanwhile, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration says that last night in the Mykolaiv region, Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroyed 3 Russian Shahed-type drones.

As for other attacks in the region, the Kutsurubska community came under Russian fire, which the Russian invaders attacked yesterday morning and afternoon using FPV drones.

“As a result, 2 residential buildings were damaged in Dmytrivka village. The Russian shelling also caused a dry grass fire in an open area, which was quickly extinguished by firefighters. There were no casualties,” says the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Due to Russian shelling last night in Mykolaiv region, traffic on the Dolynska - Mykolaiv stretch was closed for trains 121/122 Kyiv - Mykolaiv. Ukrzaliznytsia explained that this was due to security concerns.

Therefore, passengers from Dolynska station are offered a bus transfer to Mykolaiv and Kherson, which departs at 8 a.m. The return flight to Kyiv in the evening is also planned with bus transfers.
