Russia strikes Mykolaiv for second time in a day: Casualties reported
Russian troops shelled Mykolaiv for the second time since the beginning of the day. The attack resulted in injuries, according to the mayor of the city, Oleksandr Senkevych.
According to the mayor, explosions were heard in Mykolaiv several times since the beginning of the day. In particular, it was loud around 11:45 a.m. and at 12:10 p.m. Kyiv time.
“As for the daytime Russian strike. As of now, 2 people have been injured, they were treated on an outpatient basis,” says Senkevych.
The mayor adds that the special services are inspecting the area near the Russian strike for damage in the residential sector.
Earlier, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim said that Russia struck Mykolaiv again at one of the facilities.
“Russia struck the same place, but we managed to take everyone away,” said the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Late in the evening on October 9, Russian occupants attacked Mykolaiv. Russia hit the infrastructure facility with Kh-59/Kh-69 missiles. The attack caused a fire, which was quickly extinguished.
According to the mayor, warehouses were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
