The Russian strike on Kharkiv was part of a large-scale nighttime attack. Last night, Russia launched ballistic missiles at Ukraine, specifically targeting the Dnipropetrovsk and Vinnytsia regions. The Ukrainian Air Force detected missiles heading toward Kryvyi Rih, Zelenodolsk, Ladyzhyn, and Haisyn.

Zelenskyy warned of the threat of such an attack on the evening of November 2. According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia was planning a new massive bombardment aimed primarily at the energy and logistics sectors. The President believed that Moscow was counting on the US elections to divert the world's attention.

"And the events in Ukraine—our difficulties with air defense missiles—will be overlooked by the world," Zelenskyy said.

Putin is demanding that the Russian army continue massive strikes on Ukrainian targets. Kyiv has also received information about the Kremlin's plans to intensify the terror campaign.
