Hanzha initially reported that Russian forces had attacked the Dnipro district of the region.
"Warehouses belonging to a logistics company caught fire. We are clarifying information about possible casualties," he said.
Later, Russian forces launched a second strike on the same civilian facility.
Online reports suggest that Russia targeted a Nova Poshta terminal near Dnipro. A photo released by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration also confirms this.
Nova Poshta has not yet issued any official statements regarding the Russian attack.
Hanzha later published a video showing firefighters responding to the blaze at the Nova Poshta warehouses.

The official noted that no casualties have been reported so far.
On the night of September 24, a Russian attack on Kyiv destroyed Nova Poshta branch No. 6 and damaged a sorting depot. No company employees were injured.
Nova Poshta is also suspending operations at its facilities during air raid alerts and introducing its own monitoring system to track threats.
