Russian forces attacked Kharkiv overnight on October 21 with KAB guided aerial bombs. As a result of the enemy strike, 11 people were injured, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

It is noted that as a result of the enemy attack, 11 people — eight women and three men — suffered from acute stress reactions. In the Industrialnyi district, an impact was recorded on the territory of a private residential area. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.

Another strike was recorded on the territory of a civilian enterprise. In the Nemishlyanskyi district, property of local businesses was also damaged.

According to preliminary investigation data, at least four aerial munitions were used against Kharkiv. The type of these munitions is currently being established.

Russian strikes on Kharkiv and the region

It should be reminded that Russians have recently been frequently attacking Kharkiv using various means of destruction — including attack drones, missiles, and aerial bombs.

Thus, on the night of October 21, the Russians launched aerial bombs on Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, more than a dozen houses were damaged, and there are reports of casualties.

Also, on the evening of Saturday, October 18, Russian occupiers struck Lozova in the Kharkiv region with a KAB bomb. This was the first time that Russia used an aerial bomb against this city.

In addition, late in the evening of October 5, Russian forces carried out a massive drone strike on the city. The Russians used at least 15 drones, damaging houses in a private residential area and injuring people.
