In Kharkiv, the number of people wounded in yesterday's Russian attack with guided aerial bombs has increased to 9. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov was reported as one of the 7 injured.
According to the Kharkiv mayor, 2 more civilians sought medical attention after yesterday's Russian shelling.
"So there are now 9 victims, including 4 of our rescuers who were wounded on their professional holiday," he writes on the morning of September 18.
Earlier, last night, it was reported that the injured included four State Emergency Service workers and three civilians.
