Russia strikes fire station in Kostiantynivka: Rescuer wounded
Russia shelled Konstiantynivka in the Donetsk region. A rescuer was seriously wounded, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
“Today, September 25, the Russian occupiers targeted a fire and rescue unit in the city of Kostiantynivka. A senior firefighter-rescuer who was on daily duty was wounded,” the statement says.
The firefighter was immediately taken to the hospital and is receiving all necessary medical care.
“The rescuer suffered multiple injuries to his neck and face, a fractured jaw, and contusion. His condition is stable bad,” the SES adds.

The rescuers' private vehicles were damaged. Emergency workers also extinguished a minibus fire.
