Russia strikes energy infrastructure - At least two attacks confirmed in 24 hours

Russia continues to target Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. At least two strikes were recorded over the past 24 hours, according to the post by the Ukrainian President's communications advisor, Dmytro Lytvyn.
"In just the past 24 hours, there have already been at least two confirmed Russian strikes that damaged Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and that’s without even having the full reports for the day yet," as message reads.
He added that preventing further such attacks is the responsibility of Ukraine’s partners.
Ukraine shelling on March 27
The day before, the US, Ukraine, and Russia agreed to a partial ceasefire. The parties agreed to refrain from strikes on energy infrastructure and discussed safe shipping in the Black Sea. However, in reality, the ceasefire is not yet in place, and it seems that work on this is still ongoing, as strikes continue.
Specifically, yesterday afternoon, Russians shelled Kherson, causing part of the city to lose power. The trolleybus service was also halted. Later, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is expecting a reaction from the United States. He noted that energy infrastructure facilities in the city were damaged.
That same evening, a series of explosions were heard in Poltava. Residents reported hearing drone sounds, and after the explosions, power issues were recorded.
