Russia strikes Dnipro, Pavlohrad and Kharkiv region: Full details on the aftermath

Today, May 25, Russian forces launched new missile and drone strikes across Ukraine. Pavlohrad, Dnipro, Derhachi in the Kharkiv region, and several other cities came under attack.
RBC-Ukraine has gathered everything known so far about the aftermath of the strikes.

Strike on Kharkiv region
According to Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov, 19 people were injured in the missile strike on Derhachi.
Seventeen victims with blast injuries were hospitalized:
- 15 men
- 2 women
Three men are in critical condition, while the others are in moderate condition.
Two more people received medical assistance at the scene — a 47-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man who suffered acute stress reactions.
A 68-year-old man was killed.
A civilian enterprise was hit in the strike. Warehouses, trucks, and passenger vehicles were damaged. Emergency crews have already extinguished the fire.
According to the Regional Military Administration, the death toll from the enemy strike on Derhachi has risen. A 25-year-old man was also killed.

Strike on Dnipro
Three people were injured in the Russian strike on Dnipro.
According to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha, the victims are men aged 18, 45, and 67.
All three were hospitalized, with two in critical condition.
Earlier, Ukraine’s Air Force had warned about the threat of ballistic missile attacks.
Attack on Pavlohrad
On the morning of May 25, the Russian army struck Pavlohrad.
A residential high-rise building was damaged, and a fire broke out in the city.
Initially, authorities reported one injured person, but later Oleksandr Hanzha said the number of wounded had risen to 10.
Four people were hospitalized.
Two men and one woman are in serious condition.
Rescue workers also showed the aftermath of the enemy attack on Pavlohrad.

Sumy region
On May 25, Russian forces attacked the city of Hlukhiv.
Civilian infrastructure was hit.
A fire broke out in a non-residential building after the strike, but firefighters extinguished the blaze.
According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

Poltava region
Later in the day, Russian forces attacked an industrial facility in the Poltava district.
According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, no fire was recorded.
There is currently no information about casualties.
Airstrikes on Kramatorsk
This morning, Kramatorsk came under a massive Russian airstrike. Russian forces dropped five FAB-250 guided bombs on the city, local authorities said.
Residential apartment areas and civilian infrastructure were hit in the attack.
According to preliminary information, two women and one man were injured.
Fourteen apartment buildings, an educational institution, and administrative buildings were damaged.
The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office added that at 10:22 a.m., Russian forces also shelled Kramatorsk and the settlement of Yasnohirka.
A 64-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were killed in the strike, while three other local residents were injured.
The victims, aged 46, 54, and 56, were diagnosed with blast injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds. They received necessary medical assistance.

Russian attack on Ukraine on May 25
As a reminder, during the night of May 25, Russia launched another large-scale attack on Ukraine using 262 Shahed drones, Gerbera and Italmas drones, as well as Parodiya decoy drones. Ukraine’s Air Force later revealed how many UAVs were neutralized.
Earlier today, at around 5 a.m., Russia attacked Kramatorsk again. A guided aerial bomb hit a building housing a branch of Nova Poshta, causing damage.
