Russian forces launched a second strike on Dnipro at around 11:30 a.m. A residential building was damaged, with one person killed and several others injured, according to Oleksandr Handzha.

“Russians have struck Dnipro again. And once again, a residential building has been damaged,” Handzha said.

According to him, seven people were injured in the attack. Medics are providing all necessary assistance.

Later, the regional head уточнив that one person was killed in the latest strike.

A multi-story residential building was heavily damaged. Russian forces hit the same residential area that had been attacked overnight.

The prosecutor’s office reported that the number of injured has risen to 7 following a repeated strike on Dnipro.

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of another series of war crimes committed by the Russian Federation. Under the procedural supervision of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, criminal proceedings have been launched over war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Attack on Dnipro on April 25

It should be recalled that on the night of April 25, Russian troops carried out a combined strike on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure using attack drones and missiles.

The main target was Dnipro. The Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Kyiv regions were also attacked.

In Dnipro alone, more than 20 people were injured, including a 9-year-old boy.

A four-story residential building was partially destroyed. An industrial facility, private homes, cars, and a store were also damaged.

In total, the city was hit by 10 cruise missiles and more than 80 drones.
