In Dnipro, seven people, including a teenager, were injured in a nighttime Russian rocket attack on 1 July. The explosion damaged the building of a supermarket and residential buildings, according to the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.

The official says that the Russian military shelled Dnipro with ballistic missiles.

"Explosions occurred in Dnipro at night. Russia used ballistic missiles. Seven people were injured in the city as a result of the Russian attack. Among them is a 15-year-old boy," the official says.

He also says that one woman was hospitalized, while the rest of the injured will be treated outpatient.

"A shop in a residential area was damaged. Roofs and windows in private houses and high-rise buildings were smashed," says the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration.

He adds that information on the consequences of the Russian missile strike on Dnipro is still being clarified.

Explosions were heard in Dnipro around 2 a.m. during a Russian missile attack. The command of the Ukrainian Air Force stated that several Russian missiles were flying towards the city.

Later, local media reported that the blast wave damaged windows in buildings in Dnipro. A supermarket building was also damaged as a result of the Russian air attack.
