Russia carried out another attack on Kropyvnytskyi, targeting a critical infrastructure facility, according to Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration head Andrii Raikovych.

The enemy struck a critical infrastructure facility in the city. The situation is currently under the control of the relevant services.

Raikovych once again urged residents not to ignore air raid alerts.

Just a day earlier, on September 16, Russia struck the center of Kropyvnytskyi, injuring four people. Three of them received medical treatment, while one woman refused hospitalization.

That same night, buildings and warehouses were damaged in Kyiv, injuring ten people, including a 10-year-old girl.

In Odesa, a house was destroyed following an overnight attack, injuring six people, including two children.
