Russia strikes central Kropyvnytskyi, casualties reported

Russian forces struck the center of Kropyvnytskyi on Wednesday, September 16. Several people were injured in the attack, Andrii Raikovich, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration.
"As of now, four people are known to have been injured. Three of them are receiving medical treatment. One woman declined hospitalization," Raikovich said.
He said the Russian attack damaged several private homes, a kindergarten and a car. He added that authorities are continuing to monitor the situation.
Earlier today, a Russian drone attack destroyed a storage facility belonging to the Kvartal 95 production studio (a major Ukrainian media production and entertainment company). The fire also destroyed props, costumes and sets accumulated over 20 years of work.
In addition, on September 15, Russian forces struck a gas station with a drone in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district, injuring one person. A warehouse facility in Kyiv’s Obolonskyi district was also hit.
On September 14, Russian forces struck a road in Pavlohrad. The attack sparked a fire, killing one person and injuring five others.
