Russia strikes critical infrastructure in Ukraine's Sumy region: Aftermath revealed

Russia struck the Sumy region. As a result of damage to critical infrastructure, several settlements were left without electricity, according to the Sumy regional energy company.
Due to Russian attacks on critical infrastructure and the need for repair work, temporary power outages have been introduced. This applies to:
- The city of Konotop
- Part of the Konotop district
- The city of Shostka
- The Shostka district - Krolevets, Hlukhiv, Yampil, Sveska, Seredyna-Buda communities.
The power will be out until approximately 7 p.m. Kyiv time, provided there are no new Russian threats.
Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin announced that emergency work on the city's power grids has been underway since 3 p.m., resulting in power outages. They are expected to be completed at approximately 7 p.m.
Russian strikes on Ukraine on September 30
On the evening of Monday, September 29, the Russians launched several groups of Shahed-type kamikaze drones over Ukraine. Russian drones were spotted in the north and center of Ukraine.
In the early morning of Tuesday, September 30, Russia launched a massive strike on the city of Bobrovytsia in the Chernihiv region, causing damage to the energy infrastructure.
In total, Russians attacked the Chernihiv region 20 times over the past day. Explosions were heard in 13 settlements in the region. In addition to the Nizhyn region, the Koriukivka and Novhorod-Siverskyi districts were also hit.
Over 26,000 subscribers in the city of Bobrovytsia and surrounding settlements were left without electricity. Energy companies are currently working to restore the power supply.
