Russia struck the Chernihiv region with a Lancet. Two killed, children among the wounded, according to the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.

In the evening of June 22, Russian troops attacked the outskirts of one of the villages of the Snovsk community in the Chernihiv region. The strike was carried out by kamikaze drones of the Lancet type.

As a result of the attack, two people were killed. Another ten were injured, among them three children.

The injured are in medical institutions. Two wounded in serious condition were transported to the regional hospital. The rest received moderate injuries, and doctors are monitoring their condition.

Chaus emphasized that the aggressor acts cruelly and called on people to remember this.

Attack on of Kyiv region and Kyiv

After a night of combined attacks by Russia, Kyiv and the Kyiv region found themselves at the center of large-scale destruction.

In the capital, there was widespread damage to buildings, business centers, and infrastructure, as well as fires. As a result of the strikes, at least five people were killed, and another 13 were injured, including a pregnant woman and children.

The missile strikes were accompanied by large explosions, particularly in the Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Solomianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Podilskyi districts. In some locations, roofs of buildings and cars caught fire. As a result of falling debris, people were also injured – their conditions vary, and several individuals have been hospitalized.

In the Kyiv region, the Boryspil, Bila Tserkva, and Bucha districts suffered the most. Residential buildings, a hotel with a medical facility, and cars were damaged there. Due to the shelling, a woman born in 1957 was killed, and another eight people were injured, including two rescuers.

Rescuers continue to extinguish fires and clear the rubble. About 260 rescuers and 60 units of equipment are working at the scene.
