Russia shells Mykolaiv region: Woman and kids trapped under rubble

Russian forces shelled the Dniprovske village in the Mykolaiv region, targeting a residential building. A woman and two children are reported to be trapped under the rubble, according to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.
"On January 15 at 09:29 AM, as a result of enemy artillery shelling in the Dniprovske village, Kutsurub community, a residential building was damaged. Three people - a woman and two children - were extricated from under the rubble of the building," he said.
Kim added that one of the girls has been hospitalized, while the other victims are receiving outpatient medical care.
"The condition of the victims is satisfactory," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
Shelling of the Mykolaiv region
The Kutsurub community, the Ochakiv community in the Mykolaiv region, and the Mykolaiv city itself are constantly under Russian fire.
For instance, on the night of Thursday, September 28, 2023, Russian forces launched another massive attack on Ukraine, using several dozen kamikaze drones. The invaders targeted Mykolaiv with a missile, attacking an infrastructure object.
On October 18, 2023, Russia shelled the Stepivska community in the Mykolaiv region, resulting in the death of a woman.
