Russia's Saratov hit by blast, local airport suspends operations
The Russian city of Saratov may have been struck. Temporary restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures were introduced at the local airport, according to Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation.
"Something has hit in Saratov," Kovalenko wrote.
Meanwhile, Russian media report temporary restrictions on aircraft arrivals and departures at Gagarin International Airport, located in the city.
The governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin announced the threat of a drone attack.
Explosions in Russia
On the night of November 10, explosions rocked the Russian city of Bryansk. Local media reported air defense operations, allegedly intercepting unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). A fire broke out in the city as a result of the explosions.
Online reports also indicate a possible strike on one of the military facilities - the 1060th Center for material-technical support of the Russian armed forces.
The Russian ministry of defense announced that over 23 drones were destroyed overnight across several regions, including Bryansk, Rostov, Belgorod, and Kursk.
On the same day, Russians later reported a drone attack on Moscow as well. Videos of drones flying by were posted online, and Russian officials claimed to have shot down the UAVs.
