Ukraine is consistently neutralizing Russian troops using various types of drones, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's evening video address.
Ukraine neutralizes more than 30,000 Russian troops with drones
Zelenskyy said that in July, Ukraine's Defense Forces killed 30,272 Russian soldiers on the battlefield. According to him, the result was achieved through the use of drones.
"These are those killed and critically wounded. And this is only what has clear video confirmation. So the trend on the battlefield remains unchanged. Russia loses around 30,000 troops every month," the president said.
Zelenskyy also promised that all units of Ukraine's Defense and Security Forces would receive even more drones.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported on Zelenskyy's reaction to footage of the so-called "safari" that Russian troops are conducting with drones against civilians in Kherson.
In addition, Zelensky approved new Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) operations against Russia. The 40-day SBU operation aimed at weakening Russia is set to conclude on August 4.
The head of state also stressed that all processes helping Russia restore refinery operations must be completely stopped.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's General Staff reported that Russia suffered a record number of losses among its troops in July, with 42,860 personnel lost.
