'Russia has gone mad': Zelenskyy reacts to drone attack on civilian in Kherson

In Kherson, a Russian drone deliberately attacked a man selling vegetables. According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the incident is further evidence of the systematic terror against the civilian population.
The president said that many people were shocked by another video of the so-called safari carried out by Russian troops using drones against civilians in Kherson.
The drone deliberately pursued a man selling vegetables before exploding near him. The civilian was injured in the attack.
Zelenskyy stressed that the Russians themselves published the video of the attack, effectively admitting to the crime. Moreover, they do not hide that they are proud of such actions.
According to the president, such attacks on civilians in Kherson occur every day.
Zelenskyy emphasized that lasting peace cannot be achieved without increasing pressure on Russia, dismantling its aggressive capabilities, and providing real security guarantees.
According to him, the world must act in a way that forces Russia to think about ending the war rather than increasing the range of its drones.
Zelenskyy also stressed that the Russian safari targeting civilians must stop in Ukraine and must not spread to other countries.
He called on Finland, Kazakhstan, the Baltic states, Poland, the South Caucasus countries, Romania, and Moldova to strengthen cooperation in order to enhance common security and bring the end of the war closer.
"Peace is needed, which requires cooperation among everyone in the world who truly values peace," the president concluded, thanking Ukraine's partners for their support.
Earlier, a video appeared online showing a Russian drone pursuing a man selling vegetables at a market in Kherson.
According to police, the 52-year-old resident of the Mykolaiv region suffered blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, and a concussion, but survived and received medical assistance.
