Russian forces continue active offensives on the front lines but are suffering significant losses, according to the morning report of the Ukrainian General Staff.

Just in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defense Forces managed to destroy 960 Russian soldiers. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, total enemy losses have reached 1,087,180 personnel.

In addition, dozens of units of various enemy equipment have been destroyed on the battlefield. Over the past day alone, 2 tanks and 39 artillery systems were eliminated.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, enemy losses are approximately:

  • Personnel - approximately 1,087,180 (+960) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • Tanks - 11,161 (+2);
  • Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,243;
  • Artillery systems - 32,474 (+39);
  • MLRS - 1,480;
  • Anti-aircraft systems - 1,217 (+1);

Thus, Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively hold back the enemy and inflict significant losses in personnel and equipment, despite the ongoing pressure on the front lines.

Frontline situation

According to the previous report from the General Staff, enemy losses over the past day amounted to 810 soldiers.

Meanwhile, on the front lines, Russian soldiers are attacking from almost all directions, with the heaviest assaults on the Pokrovsk axis. There, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding back the offensive and have already repelled 19 enemy attacks, although seven combat engagements are still ongoing.

Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the Dnipro Operational-Strategic Group of Forces, stated that the number of Russian troops on the Pokrovsk axis is twice the pre-war population of the city - 110,000 soldiers compared to 60,000 residents.
