Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 25: +1610 troops and 27 armored personnel vehicles
Ukraine’s Defense Forces eliminated more than 1,600 Russian invaders in a single day, bringing the total enemy personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion to over 732,000 soldiers, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 25, 2024, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 732,350 (+1,610) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 9,429 (+6);
- armored personnel vehicle - 19,236 (+27);
- artillery systems - 20,787 (+22);
- MLRS - 1254;
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 1,004;
- aircraft - 369;
- helicopters - 329;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 19,480 (+114);
- cruise missiles - 2,764;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 29,948 (+84);
- special equipment - 3,681 (+2).
Frontline situation and drone attacks
According to the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian Armed Forces advanced in the Kursk region, as well as in four districts of the Donetsk region.
In addition, the ISW outlined potential scenarios for further offensives by the Russian forces in the east.
Last evening and overnight, the Russian army once again launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones.
In some districts of Kyiv, debris from downed UAVs was reported to have fallen, causing fires.
Russian drones also massively attacked Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the attack, a minor girl was injured.
