Frontline situation

The Security Service of Ukraine, together with other Ukrainian defense units, carried out a drone strike on military and oil infrastructure in the Russian port of Novorossiysk. According to preliminary data, the attack targeted military ships, air defense systems, and most oil-loading facilities at the Sheskharis terminal, sparking a large fire. Ukrainian sources say the targeted terminal supplies fuel to Russian forces fighting in Ukraine.

Ukrainian forces have liberated nine settlements in the Oleksandrivka direction in the south and are continuing their advance, according to the General Staff. Three settlements have been fully cleared, with operations underway to free additional areas as Air Assault units push Russian troops from fortified positions. The offensive has also disrupted Russian command and control by limiting access to Starlink, while fighting continues along the border of the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
