Frontline situation
According to ISW, Ukrainian forces have made gains in two sectors of the front line, in the Borova direction and the Kostiantynivka-Druzhkivka tactical area. In most other sectors — Lyman, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, and Zaporizhzhia — Russian forces are attacking but without confirmed advances.
Meanwhile, the Chonhar Bridge, which connects the occupied Crimea with mainland Ukraine, has been destroyed following several drone strikes. Through this bridge, Russian troops transported equipment and ammunition from the peninsula to the southern sector of the front.
Moreover, Russia loses another crucial supply route to Crimea, as the bridge connecting Henichesk to the Arabat Spit was closed in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
