Frontline situation

On July 13, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck 15 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet, namely seven oil tankers, five cargo ships, one ferry, and two tugboats. In addition, Russian energy infrastructure in occupied territories and enemy air defense systems came under attack.

Russia struck a foreign merchant ship that was unloading mineral fertilizers in the port of Odesa. A fire broke out after the superstructure was hit, and 3 sailors were killed. Later, it was reported that the death toll rose to five.

ATESH partisan movement says that the Russian army faces a severe fuel shortage in the Kherson region and Crimea - commanders have restricted fuel supplies for mobile fire groups and air defense units.
