Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine have surpassed 338,120 soldiers. In just the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 7900 Russian military personnel, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The overall Russian combat losses as of December 10, 2023 are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel: about 338,820 (+700) individuals
  • Tanks: 5,636 (+4) units
  • Armored personnel vehicles (APV): 10,529 (+10) units
  • Artillery systems: 8,064 (+6) units
  • Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS): 919 units
  • Anti-aircraft warfare systems: 605 units
  • Aircraft: 324 units
  • Helicopters: 324 units
  • UAV operational-tactical level: 6,136 units
  • Cruise missiles: 1,586 (+1) units
  • Warships/boats: 22 units
  • Submarines: 1 unit
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks: 10,623 (+25) units
  • Special equipment: 1,162 (+3) units

Frontline situation

Currently, the offensive actions of the Ukrainian military are focused on two directions of the front - Bakhmut and Melitopol. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are attacking south of Bakhmut and, as reported by the General Staff, are conducting an offensive operation in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Heavy fighting continues near Avdiivka, which the Russians want to surround and capture, in the Maryinka and Bakhmut area.
