Russian forces continued to suffer battlefield losses over the past 24 hours, according to Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, which released a fresh estimate of enemy casualties and destroyed equipment. The latest figures come as fighting remains intense across multiple sections of the front.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to August 9, 2026, are estimated to be:
