Russia's losses in Ukraine as of 10/1: 440 occupants and a dozen of tanks
During the past day, September 30, the Ukrainian military eliminated another 440 Russian terrorists. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Russia has lost approximately 278,570 personnel, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to October 1, 2023, are estimated as follows:
- Personnel: Approximately 278,570 (440) troops eliminated,
- Tanks: 4,702 (+11),
- APVs: 8,991 (+7),
- Artillery systems: 6,477 (+30),
- MLRS: 798 (+2),
- Anti-aircraft warfare systems: 537,
- Aircraft: 316 (+1),
- Helicopters: 316,
- UAVs operational-tactical level: 5,043 (+37),
- Cruise missiles: 1,529,
- Ships/boats: 20,
- Submarines: 1,
- Vehicles and fuel tanks: 8,883 (+29),
- Special equipment: 933 (+1).
Situation on the front
According to analysts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian soldiers continue to conduct offensive operations in the direction of Melitopol. Meanwhile, Russian terrorists are counterattacking to the south of Robotine.
Specifically, the enemy is preparing to mobilize Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories who received the Russian passport.
