Russia's baffling explanation for Dnipro attack

Russia found a "justification" for the massive strike on Dnipro on March 28. The occupiers fabricated a new fake, according to the Center for Counteracting Disinformation.
According to the report, enemy propaganda is spreading false claims that the Russian army struck a "location of foreign mercenaries" in Dnipro.
"Propagandists also claim that the attack on the Bartolomeo restaurant allegedly killed ten NATO officers," the Center explains the essence of the invaders' fake.
In reality, as emphasized by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation (CCD), as a result of the massive Russian drone strike in Dnipro, four civilians were killed, and 21 others were injured.
"As a result of the shelling, numerous fires broke out in the city, and there was significant damage to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure," the military reminds.
By spreading such fakes, the occupiers are attempting to justify their terrorist act against the civilian population.
"Russia systematically resorts to such propaganda tactics to shift responsibility for its crimes against Ukrainians," the CCD states.
Russia's attack on Dnipro
On the evening of March 28, Russian invaders, like in previous nights, attacked Ukraine with drones. Explosions were heard in Dnipro.
Later, it was reported that four people were injured, fires broke out in several locations, and information about casualties began to emerge. As of now, four people have been confirmed dead, and 21 others were injured in Dnipro.
It is worth noting that Russia launched a total of 172 drones from five directions. The Ukrainian air defense destroyed the majority of the enemy drones.
Additionally, RBC-Ukraine published footage showing the aftermath of the massive attack on Dnipro.
