The Tula region of Russia came under drone fire, resulting in a strike on the Azot chemical plant, causing a fire to break out at the facility, according to OSINT channels on Telegram.

Around 12:30 a.m. on June 14, a warning about a drone threat in the region appeared on the official Telegram page of Tula region governor Dmitry Milyaev.

"Dear residents of the Tula region! A UAV attack threat has been declared in the region. Please remain calm. Emergency services number: 112," the official wrote.

Already after 2 a.m., OSINT channels began publishing videos from witnesses, who captured on video the flight of drones and the moment of explosions on the plant's territory. In addition to this and the intense fire at Azot that broke out after the strike, the video also captured the violent reaction of Russians at the moment of impact — fright accompanied by profanity.

The footage, filmed from a great distance from the chemical plant in Novomoskovsk, shows a large fire source and smoke, indicating a severe fire.

In addition to the chemical plant, drones also struck railway infrastructure in the Smolensk region of Russia, in the city of Vyazma, as OSINT channels also reported.

Public channels also wrote about a drone attack on the occupied Ilovaisk in the Donetsk region. There, the drones struck a locomotive depot. As is known, the city has been occupied since 2014.

The Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk has been hit by drones before. Last year, drones also struck this facility.

Also, the day before, it was reported that the Security Service of Ukraine struck the Tamanneftegas oil and gas terminal — a key hydrocarbon transshipment facility in southern Russia.
