At another address in the district, a single-story non-residential building was on fire—the fire was also extinguished.

Dniprovskyi district

A three-story administrative building was damaged; the fire was extinguished, and one victim was found.

At another address, a private home was destroyed—rescuers saved one person, and the fire was extinguished. Two neighboring homes were also damaged.

All necessary emergency services are on the scene.

And the day before, on September 23, Russia had already struck Kyiv—at least two people were killed then, and the final casualty toll reached 45.

Those strikes also had serious consequences: in the Solomianskyi district, Russian drone debris fell between buildings, a transportation company's premises caught fire, and another drone struck a store and grazed a nine-story non-residential building.

In the Holosiivskyi district, warehouses, a gas station, a business center, and transportation facilities were damaged. In the Darnytskyi district, a strike on a transportation infrastructure facility and a fire at a gas station were reported.
