Commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi, known by the call sign "Madyar," said that strikes on Russia’s oil infrastructure are costing the country about $100 million in revenue per day.

Losses from strikes on infrastructure

According to Brovdi, a series of attacks on oil logistics facilities has significantly reduced exports.

He said that oil revenue losses amount to roughly $100 million per day.

Strikes on key routes

The strikes targeted facilities along the Primorsk–Ust-Luga–Sheskharis (Novorossiysk)–Tuapse route.

As a result, daily oil shipments have decreased by about 880,000 barrels.

Given the current Urals crude price of around $114 per barrel, this represents significant losses.

Scale of supply disruption

The reduction is estimated at around 120,000 tons of oil per day, or roughly 2,000 railway tank cars. These figures highlight the scale of the impact on oil infrastructure.

Who was involved in the operation

Brovdi said the strikes were carried out by multiple units, including the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Special Operations Forces, and Ukraine's intelligence (HUR), as well as other elements of Ukraine’s deep-strike system.

Consequences

He also pointed to reports of oil flow redistribution within Russia, including rerouting supplies to the port of Tuapse.

At the same time, attacks on these facilities are ongoing, affecting the stability of logistics.

According to him, targeting oil infrastructure is aimed at further reducing Russia’s revenue from energy exports.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the country is gradually reaching a level where it will be able to independently produce air defense systems, including systems, missiles, and other key components.

Ukraine’s Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said that a private air defense system had for the first time intercepted a jet-powered Shahed drone traveling at over 400 km/h in the skies over the Kharkiv region.
