Russia launches Iskander missiles and 174 drones at Ukraine overnight

On the night of September 2, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine with missiles and more than 170 drones, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
What Russia used in the attack
Russian forces used two Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as two Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missiles fired from airspace over the Black Sea.
In addition, Russia launched 174 attack drones at Ukraine:

Shahed — about half of them were jet-powered variants;

S8000 Banderol;

Gerbera;
-
Parodiya decoy drones.
The drones approached from three directions — Oryol, temporarily occupied Donetsk, and Hvardiiske in occupied Crimea. The main targets of the attack were the Odesa and Kyiv regions.
As of 8:30 a.m., air defenses had destroyed or suppressed 141 targets — three S8000 Banderol decoy drones and 138 Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of drones.
Aftermath of the attack
Missile and drone debris fell at 16 locations, while debris from intercepted targets was recorded at four more locations. Some of the Russian weapons did not reach their targets, and the circumstances are being clarified.
Russian drones remain in Ukrainian airspace.
On the morning of September 2, a fire broke out in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi district after debris from an intercepted drone fell. According to him, a similar fire occurred in the same district the previous evening, while a private house caught fire in the Solomianskyi district.
Ukrainian city of Odesa also suffered significant damage the previous night: according to the Odesa Regional Military Administration, a 24-story residential building, office buildings, and two educational institutions were damaged.
Eight people were injured, including a five-year-old child.
