In the Vovchansk direction, Russian forces launch daily assaults on Ukrainian positions in small groups while actively using reconnaissance and strike FPV drones, according to the commander of the Forpost Brigade, call sign Telik.

In the Vovchansk direction, within the responsibility zone of the Forpost Brigade units, the enemy is constantly amassing forces for combat operations. However, this process occurs alongside ongoing assaults, which take place daily.

According to the commander, Russian troops send out four soldiers at a time against them daily. Meanwhile, a real swarm of drones operates in the sky — both strike and reconnaissance.

On the ground, the danger also persists. Fiber-optic-guided drones, the commander said, "land on the road and wait for our vehicles."

"They conduct assaults in small groups. Three, four, or five soldiers may take part in the attack. If a more massive assault is planned, they bring in equipment — tanks, MT-LBs (multipurpose armoured transporter-primemovers), and APCs (armoured personnel carriers)," the Forpost commander explained.

He also emphasized that the Russian forces often fail to reach their targets because Ukrainian reconnaissance men detect them in advance and strike them with FPV drones.

Frontline situation

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia’s losses since the start of the full-scale invasion have reached 1,060,310 personnel. Over the past 24 hours alone, more than a thousand Russian soldiers were eliminated.

The situation remains critical in Pokrovsk. Local authorities say that access to the city is nearly impossible, including for the delivery of humanitarian and medical aid.
