Russian military aircraft dropped two more bombs near residential buildings in the Belgorod region. Over 150 residents were evacuated from the area, according to the ASTRA Telegram channel.

According to the news agency, on December 26, an "unscheduled ascent" of a FAB-500 bomb occurred near a residential building on Pobiedy Street in the village of Kustovoye, Yakovlevsky district of Belgorod region.

Over 150 residents of the village were evacuated, and there were no casualties. The bomb is to be removed and destroyed. Another bomb fell near a residential building in the village of Pushkarnoye. The residents were also unharmed.

Not the first case of bomb drops in Russia

In total, ASTRA reports at least 165 instances of FAB bombs falling in Russia and on occupied territories of Ukraine in 2024.

In particular, on November 19, as reported by ASTRA, a Russian aircraft dropped a 250-kilogram bomb on a school in the Belgorod region.

On December 1, in one day, Russian aviation dropped three FAB-250 bombs in the Belgorod region. In one of the incidents, an evacuation of people was necessary due to the emergency.
