Russia killed an entire family with a guided aerial bomb in the village of Izmailivka, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region. Four people were killed, including a teenager, according tp the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

On August 28, the Russian occupiers dropped a bomb on the village of Izmailivka, Pokrovsk district.

"Russian guided aerial bomb struck the private sector, attacking a house. An entire family was killed under the rubble of the house - 45 and 53-year-old parents, as well as their 17-year-old son and 24-year-old daughter. Rescuers unblocked their bodies from the rubble," the statement says.

Preliminary, Russia struck with a guided aerial bomb.

Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

Situation in Pokrovsk sector

Russian troops continue to actively assault the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Pokrovsk sector. In particular, as of August 27, 184 combat engagements took place on the frontline in Ukraine. At the same time, the greatest Russian activity was in the Pokrovsk sector.

Russia is constantly shelling Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk district. For example, in June, the Russian occupiers attacked Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region with Iskander-M missiles. The Russian shelling killed four people and injured dozens.
