What is known about the victims

"According to the investigation, on March 30, 2026, at around 04:00 PM Kyiv time, the enemy dropped, according to preliminary data, two guided aerial bombs on a dormitory of an educational institution in Hlukhiv," the regional prosecutor’s office said.

As a result of the Russian attack, nine people sought medical assistance, including a 6-year-old girl. There is no threat to her life.

Russia is deliberately striking Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure. In particular, on March 29, Russians dropped a guided aerial bomb on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region.

Three people were killed, including a 13-year-old child. Seven others were injured. This is one of the regular strikes on the frontline city, which is systematically attacked with guided aerial bombs.

On March 28, Russia attacked a gas production facility of Naftogaz (an oil and gas company) in the Poltava region for the third consecutive day. As a result of the strike, equipment operator Roman Chmyrkhun was killed — the second company employee to die that week. The day before, on March 27, the facility was forced to shut down after another strike.
