On the night of August 28, a Nova Poshta sorting center in the Ukrainian city of Sumy was destroyed in a massive Russian attack. Nova Poshta reported that all employees survived.

In Sumy, the enemy dropped four guided aerial bombs on the company's terminal, also damaging three trucks.

All employees are alive.

The consequences of the attack are currently being assessed. The company promised to compensate customers for the full declared value of damaged shipments and to contact each of them with details about the compensation.

Despite the attacks, Nova Poshta continues to operate. The company noted that customers can check the current status of shipments in the mobile app and on the official website.

On the night of August 28, Russian forces attacked Nova Poshta warehouses in the Kyiv region, using the tactic of repeated strikes on the same location. Also, in early August, the company's sorting center in Kyiv was destroyed with cluster munitions, killing three people.
