In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian invaders continue intensive attacks on Ukrainian positions. In Vovchansk, Russia deployed assault groups from the 4th division of Russian troops, trying to establish logistical support and improve the communication system, according to Kharkiv operational and tactical group of troops.

In the area northwest of the settlement of Tykhe, Russia is actively conducting aerial reconnaissance and strengthening its positions with engineering means.

During the past day, there were 5 combat clashes, during which Russia carried out 32 kamikaze drone strikes and conducted 365 shelling of Ukrainian positions.

Since the beginning of this day, there have been 3 more combat clashes: two in the Vovchansk region and one northwest of Tykhe.

Russia lost 93 troops over the past day, both irreversible and sanitary. In addition, 46 units of Russian military equipment were destroyed and damaged, including 11 artillery systems, 12 vehicles, 3 units of special equipment, and 20 drones.

Situation at front

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on Sunday, 124 combat clashes between Ukrainian defenders and Russian invaders were recorded at the front.

On Sunday, August 11, the Russian invaders lost 1,080 troops, 3 tanks, 5 armored combat vehicles, 65 artillery systems, 3 anti-aircraft guns, an anti-aircraft vehicle, 73 drones, a cruise missile, 66 vehicles, and a unit of special equipment.
