Overnight, Russia carried out another large-scale missile and drone strike targeting energy infrastructure in several regions of Ukraine.
In particular, Russian drones attacked Odesa in multiple waves. Five people were injured as a result of the strike.
The attack hit the city center: fires broke out in a non-residential building, a fitness center, a vocational school, and a garage with a car inside. Facades were damaged, and windows were blown out in six apartment buildings and a kindergarten.
Additionally, two DTEK energy facilities were damaged during the attack.
Two garages and nine vehicles were also damaged. Operational teams are working in the city to deal with the aftermath of the attack. It should be noted that the previous day, Russia also struck Odesa, leaving about 33,500 households without electricity.
