Russia bombs Ukraine's Sumy: Residential buildings damaged, one person wounded

Russian troops attacked the city of Sumy with guided aerial bombs in the morning. High-rise buildings were damaged, and a 56-year-old man was injured, according to the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar.
"This morning, Russia struck our city with guided aerial bombs. A civilian infrastructure facility, a non-residential building, was hit. Unfortunately, a 56-year-old man was wounded. Medical personnel are providing him with the necessary assistance," Kobzar says.
He also reported that, as a result of the Russian strikes, approximately 30 windows in nearby high-rise buildings were damaged, and all relevant services are operational at the site.
Russian strike on Sumy
The Russians regularly attack the city of Sumy, using unmanned aerial vehicles, various types of missiles, and aerial bombs for their strikes.
On the night of September 28, Russian troops launched another drone strike on Sumy. As a result of the Russian strikes, 7 trucks caught fire. The fire was so intense that the vehicles were completely burned out. In addition to cars, damage to infrastructure was also reported.
In addition, on the night of September 11, the city's civilian infrastructure was hit by Russian attacks, resulting in fire and destruction.
According to the authorities, the Russian attack damaged an educational institution and vehicles. In addition, windows were damaged in three residential buildings.
