On the night of June 11, Russians dropped aircraft bombs on residential areas in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. The airstrike damaged a kindergarten, an ambulance station, and dozens of houses, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office says.

The Russian army attacked the Kharkiv region again, this time targeting the city of Kupiansk. At about 3:30 a.m. Kyiv time, Russia dropped bombs on civilian infrastructure.

According to preliminary data, Russia used super-powerful FAB-500 and FAB-1500 guided bombs with a unified planning and correction module.

Russian attack damaged over 80 residential buildings, a kindergarten, a railway station, and an ambulance. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal investigation into the war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Investigators and prosecutors are documenting the consequences of the strike.

Kharkiv region

Russian troops have recently significantly intensified their shelling of Kharkiv and the region's settlements. Intense fighting also continues in the Kupyansk sector, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding the line.

Meanwhile, in the Kharkiv region, the evacuation zone for civilians from the Kupiansk district has been expanded. Due to the threatening situation, it was decided to evacuate civilians from seven villages of the Shevchenko community. These are Baranivka, Berezivka, Novomykolaivka, Spodobivka, Starovirivka, Duvanka and Fedorivka.

In Kharkiv itself, the number of people injured in the nighttime Russian drone attack increased to 64. There are 9 children among the wounded.

Rescuers are also continuing to work at the site of the Russian attack on Kharkiv on the night of June 7. People may still be trapped under the rubble.
