Russia attacks with drones: Residential buildings burn near Odesa

Late on March 6, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on Ukraine’s Odesa region. Several houses are on fire in the outskirts of the regional center, and energy infrastructure has also been damaged, according to Odesa regional governor Oleh Kiper.
"The enemy has once again carried out a massive drone attack on Odesa region. Three private residential houses are on fire in the outskirts of Odesa, and energy infrastructure has also been damaged," he wrote.
Kiper added that all relevant services are working to contain the aftermath, while information on possible casualties is still being clarified.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has shown the aftermath of the Russian attack near Odesa, where fires broke out in three private residential houses, and critical infrastructure was also damaged.
It was reported that to address the consequences of the terror attack, the State Emergency Service has deployed 8 units of equipment and over 30 rescuers.
Russian attacks on the Odesa region
Earlier today, DTEK reported that Russia has again struck an energy facility in the Odesa region. It was noted that this marks the fifth attack on the region's energy infrastructure in the past two weeks.
Later, local edition Dumska reported that following the overnight Russian attack, the settlement of Pivdenne was left without electricity. According to estimates, restoring the power supply will take 4-5 days.
