"Yesterday, by the way, Russia attacked distribution substations in Ukraine with cluster munitions for the first time, there were dozens of rockets," he says.

"We lost a very small amount of our equipment from 10 Russian strikes yesterday," Shmyhal adds.
Russian massive attack on Ukraine on August 26
On the morning of August 26, explosions rang out in several regions of Ukraine, which were the result of another Russian massive attack. Russia struck Ukraine with missiles and drones, again trying to damage Ukraine's energy facilities.
In total, Russia launched 127 missiles and 109 drones at Ukraine, but Ukraine's air defense was able to shoot down a total of 201 Russian aerial targets. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that Ukraine is preparing a response to Russian massive shelling.
Part of the objects were damaged, which led to restrictions on the electricity supply for consumers.
